I wanted to thank you all for sending Homer out to fix the gate arm and repair the panels to the vinyl gate. His work was very efficient, tidy and thorough and he did this in a timely manner. The design correction you came up with to repair the motorized gate arm was perfect and I’m sure it will work very well to prevent the gate from blowing open.

Homer went above and beyond our expectations and he even fixed two latches on two different gates to make them work more efficiently. Your commitment to stand behind your work and product is outstanding. We will continue to recommend your company anytime we can.

I want to take a few minutes to express my complete satisfaction with the new deck, patio cover and privacy fencing as designed and installed by Saddleback Vinyl. This has been, without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable experiences in my life and the completed project has transformed my backyard into the “showcase” of our neighborhood. It has truly made my house into a home!

I doubt I would be able to make such a positive statement without the capabilities of the installers of deck, patio cover and fencing, and equally important, the support your field personnel receive from the “front” office.

When I first contacted Saddleback Vinyl and met with Eric, I truly intended to replace only my existing patio cover. But after talking with Eric for a while, I became impressed with the background and capabilities of your company and was excited about committing to completely replace my existing patio and decks.

I want to say that the quality of both the vinyl products and the decking material is some of the finest I have ever seen. But equally impressive is the capability of your field installation personnel and their exacting attention to detail. Everything about the products and workmanship is First Class.

In my experience, no project of this size is without some warranty follow up items. Here too, I am extremely pleased with the timeliness and attention to the buyers concerns. This service and attention to detail is also First Class.
